In integration

CLÉ Pay ties the terminal payment to the POS check. Every card sale keeps its tip, its fee and its deposit, and the end of the day is compared with what reaches the bank.

Benefits

  • Payment tied to the checkThe POS sends the amount to the terminal; the result returns to the same check.
  • Tip recordedThe tip captured on the terminal is assigned to the server and to the check.
  • Deposits compared with salesEach deposit is checked against the day’s sales and differences are shown.

Essential features

  • Connected terminalAmount sent from the POS, nothing typed on the terminal.
  • Partial payments and refundsSplit payments and partial or full refunds, recorded on the same check.
  • Pending results resolved with evidenceA payment without a response is checked with the processor before it counts as paid.
  • ReconciliationSales, fees and deposits compared by day.
  • Operations viewPayments, pending items and reconciliation in one view for the administrator.
