How extraction usage works.

  • The unitOne processed document: a photo or PDF of a receipt, ticket or invoice turned into a purchase or expense record ready to confirm. CFDI XML invoices are read without consuming usage.
  • What is includedCLÉ H.O.S. includes a monthly amount of documents, published together with prices.
  • If it runs outEverything essential keeps working: point of sale, manually entered purchases and expenses, inventory, reports and payments. Photo extraction pauses and offers additional usage.
  • What is never chargedSystem retries, unreadable documents and documents discarded before being recorded.

  • Payment feeCLÉ Pay charges a percentage per terminal transaction, according to the agreement with the processor. Disclosed before activation.
  • Equipment and setupTerminals, tablets, printers and on-site setup are quoted per location.
  • Extended supportAfter-hours support and on-site assistance outside La Paz, as an option.

Questions before you buy

Can I subscribe to just one solution
Yes. CLÉ H.O.S. and CLÉ POS are subscribed separately or together; CLÉ Pay is activated on top of CLÉ POS.
What if I have several locations
Each location has its own subscription; the consolidated add-on brings the group’s information together.
How is CLÉ Pay charged
As a percentage of each terminal transaction, with no subscription of its own. The percentage is disclosed before activation.
When are prices published
With the commercial opening. Until then, the team shares prices and terms on request.
