CLÉ Pay · payments add-on

Activated on top of CLÉ POS, per restaurant, once official validation with the payment processor is complete. It charges a percentage per terminal transaction under the agreement with the processor; terms are disclosed before activation. Your current terminal and bank account keep working while you decide.

Several locations

Each location has its own subscription. The consolidation add-on joins the group’s information: comparable sales, purchases and costs per location, transfers between branches and permissions per location.

How extraction usage works.

  • The unitOne processed document: a photo or PDF of a receipt, ticket or invoice turned into a purchase or expense record ready to confirm. A multi-page invoice counts as one document; a photo with several receipts counts one per receipt. The CFDI XML is read without consuming usage.
  • What is includedCLÉ H.O.S. includes a monthly amount of documents sized for the everyday operation of one location, published with the prices.
  • If it runs outEverything essential keeps working: point of sale, purchases and expenses entered by hand, inventory, reports and payments. Photo extraction pauses and offers additional usage for extraordinary volume.
  • Never billedSystem retries, unreadable documents, detected duplicates and documents discarded before being recorded.

  • Payment feeCLÉ Pay charges a percentage per terminal transaction, under the agreement with the processor. Disclosed before activation.

Questions before you buy

Can I subscribe to just one solution?
Yes. CLÉ H.O.S. and CLÉ POS are subscribed separately or together. CLÉ Pay is an add-on for CLÉ POS.
What if I have several locations?
Each location has its own subscription; the consolidation add-on joins the group’s information.
How is CLÉ Pay charged?
Per terminal transaction. Terms are disclosed before activation.
When are prices published?
