Document, purchase, receiving and payment are separate records: the purchase is recorded from the invoice, inventory changes when receiving is confirmed, and the payment is recorded when it happens.

What do I need to start?

A CLÉ account and a current browser. Early access is requested from the team.

What equipment is compatible?

Computer, tablet or phone with a browser. Invoice photos are taken from the phone.

What can I keep from my current system?

Your point of sale and your current card terminal. CLÉ H.O.S. can be used for back office alone.

What setup and support exist?

Remote onboarding guided by the CLÉ team. Support terms are disclosed at signup.

What does the subscription include, and what is billed separately?

The subscription includes the platform, updates and a monthly amount of processed documents sized for everyday operation. Separately: the group consolidation add-on and extraordinary extraction usage; see Pricing.
